    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Najarian Sports ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

    2. Description of Service

    Najarian Sports provides sports predictions, analysis, AI-powered insights, fantasy league tools, educational content, and entertainment. The Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or gambling advice.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
    • You agree to provide accurate and current information
    • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

    4. Najarian Points (NP)

    Najarian Points are virtual, non-transferable tokens earned through platform engagement. NP have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the NP system, including earning rates and redemption options, at any time.

    5. Predictions & Content

    All predictions, analysis, and AI insights are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of any prediction. You acknowledge that all betting and financial decisions are made at your own risk.

    6. Affiliate Links

    The Platform contains affiliate links to third-party services including FanDuel, DraftKings, and Fanatics. Najarian Sports earns commissions on qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of third-party sites.

    7. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Manipulate predictions, leaderboards, or point systems
    • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
    • Post abusive, threatening, or misleading content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, and proprietary technology on the Platform are owned by Najarian Sports or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Najarian Sports is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions made based on our content.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
