Sharp Heat Seeker is Najarian Sports' proprietary flow-reading algorithm for prediction markets. It watches every heavy-hitter-sized trade on Polymarket and Kalshi in real time, scores the wallets behind them, and surfaces the trades that actually move markets — the same philosophy Jon & Pete Najarian pioneered with Unusual Options Activity on Wall Street.
Three layers. First, we scan the raw tape 24/7 and filter for prints that exceed venue-specific heavy hitter thresholds. Second, we score each wallet on Sharp Score — a rolling blend of P&L, timing edge, size discipline, and market impact. Third, we combine trade size, wallet sharpness, wallet age (fresh wallets get flagged harder), volume spikes vs. baseline, and odds drift into a single 0–100 Heat Score you can act on.
Directly from the venues themselves. We ingest Polymarket's on-chain order and settlement data, and Kalshi's public market data feed. Wallet identity, historical fills, and P&L are computed from that raw tape — no third-party aggregators, no delayed feeds. Everything you see in Heat Seeker was on the tape seconds ago.
Polymarket and Kalshi show you the market — current odds, order books, recent trades. They don't tell you who is trading, whether that wallet has ever been right before, or whether this specific print is anomalous relative to normal flow. Heat Seeker adds the sharp overlay: wallet scoring, cross-venue correlation, UPA (Unusual Prediction Activity) detection, and heat ranking. The venues show the game — Heat Seeker shows the players.
Heat Score is a 0–100 signal strength rating for a single print or cluster of prints. 0–44 is Cool (noise, ignore). 45–64 is Warm (notable but confirm). 65–79 is Hot (real edge, worth a closer look). 80–100 is Scorching (Heavy Hitter-grade signal, sharps are loaded in). Scores are recomputed continuously as new tape arrives.
UPA is the prediction-market cousin of Unusual Options Activity. Every UPA event carries a severity rank so you can separate a heavy hitter accumulating from one dumping.
A fresh wallet is one that's less than 7 days old with meaningful size behind it. Fresh wallets often signal insider positioning or a known sharp opening a new address to avoid being tracked. Heat Seeker weights fresh wallets more aggressively — a $50k print from a 2-day-old wallet is a much stronger signal than the same print from a 2-year-old wallet.
